Get practical with your actor.

character creation

Character Creation is a practical approach to understanding, creating, and transforming into characters. It is predominantly based on a system of character analysis, which combines Carl Jung’s mental factors with Rudolf Laban’s working actions, creating a distinctive, rigorous, and invaluable diagnostic tool for actors.

In these weekly classes you will gain an understanding of Character Analysis, experience six distinct character types, begin to understand their application in performance and life, and learn to recognize them in plays and film/TV scripts.

Aris Athanasopoulos
Actor, Writer, Acting Coach

I’ve been acting professionally for close to twenty years. Character Creation changed my relationship to my craft. It gave me practical tools that helped me take a lot of the mystery out of acting.

I use this approach to easily identify character types in plays and film/TV scripts, and embody that character with a full range of my energetic expression.

I believe this training system is the way to transformative acting.
